Rosemary Villa is a large modern property positioned in a quiet residential area with panoramic views over Ovacik and Hisaronu, surrounded by breathtaking mountains carpeted with pines.
The Villa has a swimming pool leading from the living area and terrace, which makes it an ideal place to soak up the sun.
As you are relaxing on the sun terrace you can enjoy the views over Hisaronu which is only approx. 3km away, with the nearest beach only approx. 4km away which includes the stunning Blue Lagoon.
Hisaronu hosts numerous restaurants, pubs, shops and mini markets.nearest minimarket is on main road approx. 5 min walk.

Also included is a downstairs apartment please with a separate entrance which has its own living area, kitchenette and shower room with one twin room and one triple room.
Travel cot also extra ones can be hired.

Private pool with sun beds and umbrellas.Table and chairs on the terrace,the pool is 1.4 m deep and 45msq cleaned daily,pool safety ,life ring and warning signs.

Not great due to situated on hill, however the apartment has no stairs but if the pool area needs to be accessed the stairs are needed
